When does the next session start?
That’s the great thing about our classes, you start learning on the day you put on your gym gear and walk into our class! No need to wait for the next session to begin. We have multiple coaches instructing a classes so you’ll never fall behind.
Do i need equipment?
Yes! If you are signing up for boxing or Muay Thai, you’ll need gloves and handwraps. If you are signing up for BJJ, you’ll need a Gi. You can buy these things at our shop. Other than that, just workout clothing, indoor shoes, and a water bottle!
i’ve never done martial arts. do you need experience?
Our classes are tailored for all levels. Our coaches will guide you through step by step to start your class. Be ready to learn some new skills, get sweaty and have fun!
